About the Conference Venue
VSF2018 is organised at the Vietnam National Convention Center (NCC).
NCC is the leading conference center, the largest in Vietnam. The center is a public non-business unit under the Office of the Vietnamese Government. The center is located on the intersection of Thang Long Boulevard and Pham Hung Street, South Tu Liem District, 10km from the center of Hanoi capital and 40 km from Noi Bai International Airport.

SAPA EXPLORATION 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT
DETAILED ITINERARY:
Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa (L,D)
06.00: Picking up at your hotel then transfer by private car to Sapa. On the way, you will stop over at some beautiful field as well as to visit some enthic minority villages. This is a great chance for you to interact with local people to understand about their daily life and their culture as well.
13.00: Arrival at Sapa. Lunch in the local restaurant.
Check in at the hotel and take a short rest.
15.00: In the afternoon, spend your time visiting Ta Phinand MaTra villages where we will get to know the daily life style, handicraft traditions and specific customs of the Red Dzao tribe. Take a walk through rice paddies and enjoy spectacular scenery along the way before arriving at Ma Tra Village, home of the black H'Mong ethnic people. Hidden away from civilization the villagers still maintain their way of living and life as they have for many centuries.
18.00: Back to the hotel late in the afternoon.
19.30: Dinner in local restaurant. Over-night at the hotel.
Day 2: Sapa Trekking (B,L)
08.00: Take a walk from Sapa to the direction of Cat Cat Village. You will stop by a little waterfall before continue walking on a trail through rice terraced fields. You can also enjoy the spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river. Upon arrival at the Y Linh Ho Village of the Black Hmong people, we will take a rest and enjoy a picnic lunch nearby the river. After lunch, transfer back to Hanoi.
20.00: Arrive at Hanoi. Service ends.

NINH BINH TRIP
Trang An, the eco tourist attraction located in the East of Ninh Binh, with area of 2000 ha, is divided into 5 function parts: special protection area (Hoa Lu Ancient Capital), the centre, caves area, service and travel area, spirit area Bai Dinh Pagoda. It includes 47 historical vestiges with many mysterious things, with limestone mountains, valleys and underground river systems. With hundreds of statues, Bai Dinh (GiaVien, Ninh Binh) is considered one of the biggest Pagoda and has the most statues in Vietnam.
DETAILED ITINERARY:
07.30: Meet up with your driver and tour guide at your hotel then transfer through the countryside to Ninh Binh to visit the wonderful place that called Halong Bay on land. Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam 10 meter in height, 100 tons in weight.
After lunch in local restaurant, depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat cruise to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, NauRuou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and river. Back to Hanoi late in the afternoon. Service ends.

EXPLORE MAGICAL HALONG
DETAILED ITINERARY:
DAY 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY – HA LONG BAY (L/D)
08h00 – 08h30: Pick-up at hotel and start the 3 hour-and-a-half drive to Hong Gai Tourist Wharf, check in at cruise’s private waiting hall.
12h00 – 12h30: Embark on cruise followed by cruise briefing.
13h00 – 15h30: Savor a delectable lunch as the cruise further along the limestone islands of BaiTu Long Bay and pass by Oan Islet (where a sense of the film L’Indochina was shot by Paradis Film with the famous French actress Catherine Deneuve played since 1992), Teapot Islet, Monster Face Islet, Torch Islet, Dragon Islet, Porcupines Islet and then anchor at Titop Beach area.
15h30 – 16h30: Visit Titop Island to enjoy the panoramic view of Halong Bay or just relaxing and swimming at Titop Beach.
16h30 – 17h30: Get your hands on some kayaking to visit Luon Cave, a tunnel to a little bay surrounded by a mountain range.
18h00 – 22h00: Enjoy happy hour on the Sundeck with various drinks on discount, snap photos of the overview of Halong Bay as the sun starts to set. For those who are fancy some experience in cooking Vietnamese dishes can join our brief Vietnamese cooking course.
Dinner is served.
Socialize with other guests or just laze around. Evening activities such as: night squid fishing, karaoke, dancing are available till 22h00. Second happy hour is from 21h00 to late night. Overnight on boat in a tranquil area.
DAY 2: HA LONG BAY – HANOI (B/L)
06h30 – 07h00 Start your day with morning Tai Chi, exercise or photo hunt, enjoy the fresh air with a cup of tea or coffee…
07h00 – 08h00 Have breakfast at sunrise.
08h00 – 09h15 Join a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave, also called Amazing Cave – the most beautiful and the largest cave in Ha Long Bay.
9h30 – 10h00 Check out room. Continue cruising to enjoy the magnificent nature of the world wonder.
10h30 Have lunch while cruising to BaiTho Mountain next to the harbor.
11h30 Disembark cruise
12h00 – 16h30 Transfer back to Hanoi. Trip finishes at the hotel around 16h30

HANOI 1 DAY
DETAILED ITINERARY:
Full day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Pay a visit to some typical Vietnamese places of worship, the Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, along the shore of West lake. Just before lunch, tour Vietnam’s first university, the thousand-year-old Temple of literature. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) to learn about the 54 ethnic peoples that make up Vietnam before visit the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple on an island in the middle of HoanKiem lake. Then, in the early evening, enjoy a traditional water puppet show. Back to the hotel. Service end.
