Dr. Hoang Mai Pham is General Director of Department of Science, Education, Natural Resources and Environment – Ministry of Planning and Investment. He is responsible for proposing strategies and planning for the development of domains on: science and technology; education and training; natural resources and environment and sustainable development.
He directly organises researching and drafting specific mechanisms, policies and legal documents on the above-mentioned domains, working with the related ministries, to submit to the Prime Minister of Vietnam for approving.
